Frequently asked questions
Is the estimated price final?
No, it is a close estimate. The final price is confirmed after a free analysis of your file.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly packages can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
What does the base fee include?
Opening and managing your file, the client portal, the monthly report and an account manager.
How is the volume discount calculated?
−10 % above 500 documents per month and −15 % above 1,500, applied automatically.
