What happens between upload and delivery
Outsourcing means you no longer watch the work being done. We make up for that with method and numbers: at any moment you know where each document stands and who has handled it.
01Onboarding
The first ten days
- D1
Scoping call
45 minutes with your account manager: software, volumes, conventions, deadlines.
- D2–3
Access and documents
Named logins set up, DPA signed, your booking manual received.
- D4–6
Test file
A real month is booked, then compared line by line with your own work.
- D7
Adjustments
We correct the differences and fix the rules in a shared file sheet.
- D8–10
Production
Normal flow begins, with tighter checks during the first four weeks.
