Frequently asked questions
What is outsourced bookkeeping?
It means entrusting the booking of your purchase and sales invoices, bank statements and miscellaneous entries to a specialist provider. Your accountant keeps responsibility and final approval; Delegis does the production work.
Does my data leave the European Union?
Your documents are stored on servers located in the EU. Our teams in Morocco access them remotely through a secure environment, governed by standard contractual clauses and a DPA.
Do you work with accounting firms?
Yes, they make up a large part of our clients. We can work white-label, directly in the firm’s software, following your own booking conventions.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually 5 to 10 working days: analysis of your file, access set-up, a test file, then regular production.
Are you ready for Peppol e-invoicing?
Yes. Since 1 January 2026, structured e-invoicing has been mandatory between businesses in Belgium. We handle sending, receiving and following up rejected Peppol invoices.
